• Instead of issuing paper tickets, all ticket sales are digital
• Contact details of every guest are to be filled in online
• No-contact temperature readings are recorded at check-in
• Prior to boarding, everyone must sanitize their hands

• Capacity is reduced to a maximum of 4 guests only per ride
• After each ride, touch surfaces on board are sanitized with approved cleaning agents
• When you have to, cough or sneeze into your elbow
• Avoid touching your face
• We adhere to guidelines issued by the government regarding outdoor activities

Terms & Conditions

• A minimum of 2 passengers booked is required for a ride to launch
• In case the minimum is not reached, we will contact you to reschedule or refund
• Check in at least 15 minutes before departure
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Participation is subject to signature of an indemnity form by every guest prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations at least 72h before departure will be refunded, less 25% handling fee (min R250)
• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations later than 72h prior to departure
• No refunds for persons refused participation by the pilot for reasons involving personal conduct
• Safety comes first – if a trip gets cancelled, your ride will be scheduled for another time
• Airboat Afrika reserves the right to cancel tours, vary itineraries, amend fares and days of operation
